What is the Alcohol Policy?

Delta Kappa Delta does not associate its letters with alcohol. The philanthropy of Delta Kappa Delta is the prevention of child abuse which may stem from the use or overuse of alcohol. Therefore, any sister representing Delta Kappa Delta cannot associate letters with alcohol. However, when not representing Delta Kappa Delta, those who wish to consume alcohol are free to do so.

How will joining Delta Kappa Delta affect my grades?

Delta Kappa Delta is built on the ideals of academia. In order to associate for Delta Kappa Delta, each potential recruit must have a cumulative GPA and term GPA of 2.75/4.00. This GPA requirement does not apply to first-semester freshmen.

What is the Hazing Policy?

Delta Kappa Delta is a non-hazing sorority. We do not partake in any forms of hazing. Our chapter strictly follows the guidelines set forth by Nationals and Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. The Recruitment/Association Chairs will make sure that this policy is upheld throughout the semester of association.

Delta Kappa Delta is not a destination, it is part of your journey. From being the FIRST and ONLY South Asian Service Organization, it is the springboard from which you will do greater things. Our programs allow you to build skills and grow as a person. Our service allows you to use those skills to give back to the community while building a sense of compassion and worldliness. What is the difference between a service and social sorority?

As a service sorority, Delta Kappa Delta hopes to serve a noble purpose. Our philanthropy is important to us; therefore, we prioritize with our service goals over our social goals. Although we prioritize with our service goals, we still participate in social events like sisterhood socials and mixers with other organizations.  ​
